LOAD: 22

60 Mins @ Easy Pace (RPE: 2-3)

8 x 100 metre Strides (RPE: 8)
60 Second Recoveries

Best done in a group!! Keep the RPE down, so you should be able to chat. Don’t forget those strides. They are very important. Enjoy.

For a few more weeks stick to 4 x 50 metres for the strides and then once you are comfortable with them we will step them up.

Felt like a good run today and I was happy with the strides. In the end I did 6 x 100m but only 5 were recorded.
