LOAD: 15

Should include around 4-5 leg exercises. Squats, lunges, calf raises and a hinge exercise are important. Also 2-3 core exercises and both push & pull upper body exercises.

One of my close friends who is a PT has started classes on the West Hill on a Friday morning. Super convenient for me and all strength based. She knows my background and all about my injuries and using A&C to improve my running so super helpful and so nice to be able to be outside with a lovely group of people. All done bright and early too! I won’t go every week but it was really enjoyable
