A really good session where you can work on your speed and form. Important that you are going quicker than your current 5k pace to make gains.

One of my favourites. Hopefully you can find a nice location.

As per plan 8m total. 400’s target time 122- reps 128, 126, 124, 120, 124, 123, 122, 121. 200’s target time 36- reps 39, 37, 39, 35, 38, 37, 38, 38. Felt good slightly over on some and under on others… a ok mean average.

I think looking at your Strava map, it’s harder to hit the paces if you’re not on a track or in say a park. But sounds like the effort was there and some of those 400s were tasty. So great work Adam.
