So I didn’t manage to swim, too choppy in the sea, but too nice to be indoors in the morning, my intention had been to get a spin session 1/2 hr this evening, but tired legs said no, a 4.5 mile walk this morning and 2.5 this afternoon, I am way over my weekly average. ( I have Strava goal of 22, currently on 29.7 miles) So I’ll take that as job done! Hope you’ve had a pleasant weekend.
