Hip still not great so took it very easy and shortened the time down will skip s&c later and hope the hip is ok for a run tomorrow, even if I run the h/c run tomorrow easy I will be happy as I don’t want to miss a run its been just over 2 years of no runs missed. But if I have too I guees that’s ok!!

Smart. I think at some point a missed run is inevitable, so don’t put any pressure on yourself, especially if extra rest is needed. The silly thing to do would push through any discomfort. Plus I could always take a session out of the plan and then it wouldn’t count as being missed right? πŸ€”πŸ˜‚
