Foot was not good today. I’m not sure if it’s planter, I’m making an appointment to see someone. Ran a bit at the beginning, walked a lot. Wanted the time on feet so did over 3hrs hiking/hobbling. Unfortunately this meant not much distance was covered

Yeah definitely worth getting it checked out. It might just be something that needs 4-5 days rest. So don’t get too despondent just yet. I thought you covered a decent distance given the circumstances. As you say, time on feet is still good, but we need to find out what causes the foot pain.
