🙄 Just a fraction slow

Laura and started off well but we were both tired so it started taking its toll in the latter stages. I was going Laura’s pace but wouldn’t have wanted to go much quicker, head felt fizzy and my chest was tight. Yuck! 19km in 2 hours with 215m of climbing. Didn’t have the energy to round it up to 20k!

Still a decent run though, especially if you were not feeling it. And nice to be able to run with Laura which no doubt she always appreciates. Well done Sam.
