PACE

Short on time today as lots to do after work. 10 mile bike ride before this too. I went on mileage and did 6&4 on a familiar route. Was too fast really but I feel it was the best I could do with the time I had.

You weren’t far short in truth and if you pick up the RPE a little, that means you’ll likely get the same training effect as we were after. Not to mention the bike ride will have banked you some bonus pts too. So all good. Well done Paul.
