50 Mins

LOAD: 15

50 Mins @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

It’s important to keep the easy runs easy. Focus on good running form and low heart rate.

FEEDBACK

ENJOYMENT

RPE

😬 Too fast

PACE

A little faster than easy pace especially the last mile but felt good and no stopping. A bit worried about hitting the tempo pace on my next run, but I’ll give it a go. Enjoying being able to run again!

Excellent work Lou. Glad you are feeling stronger again now. When it comes to hitting specific paces in those sessions, my advice is focus on the mile you’re in. So can you run 1 mile at that pace. Then once that is complete, move onto the next. I also find when I run at the quicker paces it can take a while to setting into my rhythm. So don’t panic if Mile 1 feels tough, you might be surprised that come mile 3 or 4, whatever it might be, you start to feel stronger (not always the case, but something I have experienced myself).
