Really good run with the group. Worked really well as all stuck around same pace so not much looping back. Really enjoyed it. I did add on an extra 10 minutes and carried on just to keep Sarah company!

I think the extra group is going to help these runs as it will mean less looping back. But thank you again for leading, it’s making it easier for me now that some of us are sharing this responsibility on Sunday mornings.
