Not a huge amount to report on that one. Started off feeling quite comfortable, but the last 30 mins was tough…that’s the idea though, right?! The end of a decent training week. Happy with my progress

Exactly. If you’ve done a big week then the last 30 mins should feel tough. Given that injury scare things have turned out great. Lots to look forward too with the Barry Richards on Thursday.
