I was really sore in my glute and back after the long run so had Sunday as an extra rest and got this in on the Monday to make up for missing it. Found a good stop for some strides. I got soaked through so was cautious under foot but enjoying getting these in again.

Well done Alice, sensible to take the extra days rest. I’ve discovered myself that the extra distance does really push the legs, so recovery becomes even more important when doing more miles.
