2 gels and a few berries en route was enough fuel. It did get tough towards the end but such a stunning route. Eleaplsed time was over the 3 hours as I took Soo many pictures

Looked like a beautiful run. All about time on feet here, so no worries about the extra. If we don’t allow ourselves the opportunity to stop and take a picture then we are taking it way too seriously. Excellent work Paul.
