Should include around 4-5 leg exercises. Squats, lunges, calf raises and a hinge exercise are important. Also 2-3 core exercises and both push & pull upper body exercises.

A couple of tweaks this week to keep you progressing.

Bent Over Row 2 x 8 (5kg)
Squats 2 x 15
Plank 2 x 45s
Calf Raises 2 x 10 (5kg)
Chest Press 2 x 10 (6kg)
Wall Sits 2 x 45s
Dead Bugs 2 x 10 (3kg)

I knew this had to be done and pleased I got it done this morning before a busy family day of friends and family at our bbq. What beautiful weather, although it was warm this morning in the gym. Paul helped me out in getting this done and I’m pleased I done it and got it ticked off for the final session of the week 😊
