😁 Good pace given the conditions/route

PACE

OK run today. Felt a little tired but still a strong run. Different route today so there was roads to cross, people to dodge and did run some little hills. 50 seconds walking in total crossing some roads! I still don’t like it if there’s any walking. Feels like a lesser run! Got to get out of that way of thinking! It’s only 50 seconds! But all in all a solid run!

I know what you mean and whilst it can be boring to run the same routes over and over their are benefits to the seafront and park, in that you can keep going. If I get stopped at a road and the cars don’t let me go my anger quickly builds πŸ˜‘πŸ˜‚ Well done though Lucy, another run ticked off.
