Yes. There it is, that mindset. Exactly that. And we all experience the same, and the longer you can endure the horribleness the fitter you come. Sometimes you’ll ask the question, why put myself through that in the first place? When it’s that horrible. I still ask that question. But it’s because everything that comes after. How good you feel in yourself as a result, self pride, inspiring others, feeling more alert during the day, running up and down the stairs, Strava kudos, instagram likes, your mum telling her friends what her daughter has achieved, all that just for a few minutes of feeling horrible. It’s worth it. Well done Lou.
