Added in the extra glute exercises as suggested. Although they are hurting big time at the moment, I’m just ploughing through, rather than try and avoid doing anything to work on them – building up strength regardless. Hoping it will win out in the long run! I didn’t go too mad just what I knew I could manage

Yeah it’s a tricky one getting that balance right between pushing too hard but also doing enough to strengthen them. Hopefully in time you will start to notice the difference. Well done Kelly.
