This was ok overall but had to drop down some weights after earlier efforts. Dead hang was a dead loss but was happy to have a very sweaty morning

Yeah if doing two sessions in a day it can be good (if possible) to spread them out as much as you can. I learned the hard way in the past doing a run straight after a strength session. It didn’t end well. But great work Jo!
