90 Mins

LOAD: 27

90 Mins @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

Keep this nice and easy. Focus on good form & efficient running economy. RPE should be around the 3/10 which means you can run and chat.

Nice and easy here after two tough runs this week. could move to Sunday if it works better. Running Saturday opens up the option for doing track on Monday.

FEEDBACK

ENJOYMENT

RPE

😁 Good pace given the conditions/route

PACE

Nice and easy run for an hour at about 10.15 pace as legs felt pretty heavy. Then completed half hour run with park run which was great and ran with Michelle and Jim for a bit so was nice to chat 😊legs had woken up by the time I started park run.
Dan Weatherly
Excellent running Dan and well done for getting the 90 mins in. It shows the important of having at least a day of rest between a really hard run and a long run. It can be good to run on tired legs sometimes as ultimately that’s what you’ll be doing towards the end of the Hastings Half. A really good few days of running!
