60 Mins @ Easy Pace (RPE: 2-3)

8 x 100 metre Strides (RPE: 8)
60 Second Recoveries

Best done in a group!! Keep the RPE down, so you should be able to chat. Don’t forget those strides. They are very important. Enjoy.

Just be wary here as this is the day after efforts, so if you do feel particularly tired them perhaps shift this a few days to get some extra rest.

😁 Good pace given the conditions/route

Felt ok when went off …. Legs tired a bit towards the end, enjoyed doing the strides Ended up doing another 33 mins at walk to run supporting was meant to swop in with others to rest but some doing race tomorrow didn’t really want to run so ended up doing a not stopper as lady didn’t want a walk break 😩🤣 Legs feeling it now!

Yikes, that’s ok though, hopefully the pace wasn’t too much, I’m never disappointed if you do a little extra in truth. But another good run ticked off. Well done Chrissie.
