A good run although slowed down as went on but think everyone’s pace was fast going off ….. slowed it down and did my own thing! Managed to get my avg pace a little quicker and got a little further so happy with my effort especially in the heat! Also caught the sun 🥴🤣

Yeah it was a little warm out. We were glad for some shade on our route and it was evident when we came back out just how hot it was. It’s the consistency of smashing out these 2 hours run that will make the difference. The fact you’re done a few in a row now is great. Well done on getting that bit further too Chrissie. Loads of positives right now.
