Managed 10 miles today. Struggled with the heat in the last 3 miles. Otherwise ok.

Anytime you get 10 miles done it should be seen as a big win. Hope you didn’t mind me starting my group from the same place as yours. I feel like this setup actually works quite well and possibly something we should look to continue. Although I am not leading that group for a few weeks now, and can’t really tell the other leaders where they should start. But thanks for leading the group Sue and well done on your own run.
