Should include around 4-5 leg exercises. Squats, lunges, calf raises and a hinge exercise are important. Also 2-3 core exercises and both push & pull upper body exercises.

Really didn’t want to do that, but I did! Much easier now that I can cycle to the gym. Abs crunch machine is broken, so didn’t do that set. Should I do sit ups instead? Lat pull down machine was unavailable too. Everything else completed

That’s annoying. Yeah chucking an alternative core exercise can help. Sit ups, dead bugs, flutter kicks, anyone of them. If the lat pulldown is buggered the best alternative is the seated row. Great work for getting it done though Joe. Excellent start to the week.
