Park run with Sue W who was pacing 32mins. Got just under. It was a nice comfortable run and good to learn pacing as I would love to be able to help on pacers day eventually. Growing as a runner and helping others 💕 spreading the run love

Pacing is such a rewarding thing to do and I would highly recommend it. Even if you get it wrong at first you’ll improve with practice. It can make an easy run so much more enjoyable.
