Don’t be afraid to speak your mind. The more feedback I get from you, the better I can tweak the plan so it works best for you. If anything feels too much (the long run?) or you want more gym work in just shout. Good coaching in my opinion is listening to your runners and not just telling them what to do all the time. That will only end up in frustration on the runners part, like you’re being dictated almost. The plans are completely flexible and there are always lots of alternatives to hit your right training points for the week.
