Enjoyed tonight as not been for a few weeks. Knee is still a bit sore. Only feel it in warm ups and the drills at the start and then it’s fine to run on. Is improving though 😊

Really strong running Dan. As I said, so impressed with your form. I’m excited for what you can achieve with your running. I think with the knee, it’s just a case of keeping an eye on it for now. If it gets better after the warm up that suggests the running might be helping.
