Blimey, that was a warm muggy evening in the park πŸ₯΅ A nice plod round with Ben & Klare at a ridiculously slow pace that made it hard work πŸ˜‚ Tried to not go too fast but we had to pick it up a little after the first lap as I find going that slow extremely hard work. Nothing else to report on this one except I probably achieved my shortest stride length to date of 0.88 m πŸ˜‚ Let’s just leave that one there please πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
