45 Mins @ Varied Intensity (RPE: 3-9)

Sometimes it can be good to reduce the impact and get the heart rate up with some cross training. Plus spin classes can be great fun.

Might need to combine 2 together, but I’d be wary this week, take one day at a time and if you need extra recovery, ditch one of the sessions.

Felt so much more positive today. Yoga helped yesterday evening. Couldn’t do spin class as it clashed with me having my grandson son. So I did cardio in the gym for 45 minutes
