I’ve put a few things in for this week before the knee op but entirely up to you really what you do and then we can start afresh once given the all clear.

Three 20 min swims over the long weekend, 2 river one pond/lake, love an out door swim, Basil was super keen to join me today!!!! Back to reality tomorrow πŸ˜†πŸ˜†. Hopefully get a run in once we get home, before the enforced rest! .
