60 Mins & Strides

LOAD: 22

60 Mins @ Easy Pace (RPE: 2-3)

8 x 100 metre Strides (RPE: 8)
60 Second Recoveries

Best done in a group!! Keep the RPE down, so you should be able to chat. Don’t forget those strides. They are very important. Enjoy.

Feeling a bit off this week owing to a busy schedule. I have had to re shuffle everything this week and put the 3 hour session before work (8 hours on the feet). I knew I would have at least one week like this at some point. Still I’ll be finishing with the kings head canter Monday and that’s my official start of 4 days a week! Something to look forward to
Paul Lambert
Well done Paul, as mentioned play it day by day and if you need to reduce anything a little then don’t be afraid to do that. Sometimes extra rest is more important than pushing our limits. I’ve tweaked Steve’s a bit this week for similar reasons. If you were hitting those paces in the key sessions then we’d have reason to keep pushing hard, but I’m confident your on track right now so a few lighter sessions won’t do any harm. Just see how it goes, you might find you’re fine.
