🤬 Way off pace today

That was not at all what I had planned. It was a hard, trail/road, hilly Sunday morning route with some beastly hills!! 🥵I had a very broken nights sleep so felt knackered before I started. Lovely to run with others though and even though it was what I was planned to do I got it done 👊🏼 I think I will try the session again but on a much flatter route.

Well done Lou for getting a really good run in. I think these sessions do need to be done on the flat. What you could have done is just drop me a message to let me know you wanted to run with the group and then I could have tweaked it. But those hills will have definitely made you stronger and good practice for the challenge that awaits at the HHM.
