Ran mon instead of sun. Actually managed 11.25 k in 65 mins, followed by an extended slow run / walk warm down for 35 mins – I didn’t record the distance. So not good really. The pace is slowing, but the running is erratic, & short on time.

I think trying to find people or a group to run these with will make a massive difference. I’m leading a Hastings Runners long run group on Sunday. In theory it’s members only but we offer free sessions to newcomers trying it out. So if you wanted to come and join to see how you find it, that might be good. Paul’s group has become a bit broken at the moment as he’s focusing on his marathon training and they now run much quicker, so my group might work better.
