One of my favourite pacing experiences, had a conversation with a few people around me who were worried about that sub 20, reassured them And told them not to go ahead of me until the last 400 metres. To see so many people hit that sub 20 milestone has to be there with my favourite Parkrun experiences, and to see Conal comeback and do it so spectacularly tops it!
