100 Mins

LOAD: 30

100 Mins @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

Slowly adding time to your longer runs is the way forward. Keep the effort level down and continue to check in with your form.

🙄 Just a fraction slow

Just wasn’t feeling it today. Left it late in the day as we were out last night and couldn’t face a morning run. Opted for the lazy option of the seafront and even that didn’t cut it today. I did manage to persuade myself to do a bit of work midway by going up Harold Rd along Dudley and back down but by the time I got back on the front and headed back my enthusiasm had taken a completely different route. Still managed 80 minutes which is my longest run so far post hernia so perhaps I’m being a touch too negative but I was hoping to make the distance with a bit more ease.

Tough time of day to run in truth, especially solo, so lots of positives to take, plus it might be a blessing in disguise with the Kings Head Canter on the Monday. So important to always take those positives, especially as you are just coming back onto plan. Well done Andy.
