Squeezed this in before a day at Drusillas. It didn’t feel great. I’m not sure if it’s because I had a bit of a gluten reaction last night and it’s just put everything out of whack. My right leg felt dead and tingling which is a new one and I’ve had a bit of a calf pulling in the left so just going to keep an eye on things and not overdo anything before the big half. Will see if there’s any chance if getting a treatment in with Alicia.

Crikey this sounds like a bit of a grind. Sorry to hear you had so many issues on this run but really well done for ticking it off. Hopefully just one of those runs that we all get from time to time.
