Plan 1 – Week 16

Just skipped the circuits as I’d moved the intervals to Weds.

Had still felt a bit niggle on the Tuesday night and so prioritised the intervals. Felt it paid off though!

Felt a good week after struggling with some niggles

Lower back sore. Seems to have cleared up now.

COACH

That’s a really strong week Andy and wise to sit out the circuits if the back was a little sore. 120+ pts banked still which is a really good level and I think we are on track with the marathon training right now. Hopefully you are feeling fit, apart from the back, and confidence continues to grow. Especially with the 20 miles now in the bank. Let’s keep up the great work.
