Plan 5 – Week 10

  • 18th August 2025

Holiday impacted this week’s sessions. Summer holidays Are always a bit tricky but hoping to hit next week’s properly.

I might be better off trying to split some when it’s holiday season. I can at least then fit in a treadmill session if I’m lacking a babysitter

No injury issues

SUMMARY

  • Week: πŸ™„ Not quite good enough
  • Plan: πŸ™„ Not hitting my targets

COACH

That long walk looked great so some great points earned there. I think some weeks where it’s difficult, we can totally change the plan. I’m happy to do that and why I’ve introduced this weekly feedback to be honest. So feel free to tell me on a day to day basis your availability and whether that will be treadmill based on not. I’m here to help as much as needed, but need that feedback to be able to do that. So when you fill in the question about next weeks schedule you could write.
Monday – 60 mins AM (at home)
Tuesday – NA
Wednesday – 60 mins (anywhere)
Thursday – NA
Friday – Off all day
Saturday – Away
Sunday – Away

That’s just an example or you can even drop that in a WhatsApp message in advance so I can plan ahead. I like the challenge. It’s exciting for me trying to make best use of runners time to help them progress.
