Plan 6 – Week 16

All sessions done apart from Fridays strength. Just got a bit lazy on Friday morning.
I did do an additional very long (90 min) swim on Sunday as prep for Serpentine. Another half hour max and I would hit the distance so pretty pleased. Bimble was good this week. Finished the week absolutely shattered!!

Great work Sue. I think given you’ve started a new job recently as well you’ve done brilliantly. The swim Sunday means you got more points than was targeted, I think you are just one of two runners who achieved that feat this week, so that’s a big win. I’ll get Battle added to the plan, glad you’ll be taking part.
