Half/Mararathon Tempo

LOAD: 33

1 Mile WU @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

3 Miles @ Marathon Pace (RPE: 5)
3 Miles @ Half Marathon Pace (RPE: 6)

1 Mile CD @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

A good session to mix up paces. WU & CD very important to slowly build the pace.

See how the legs feel and adjust if need be.

FEEDBACK

ENJOYMENT

RPE

😁 Good pace given the conditions/route

PACE

The start was the worst legs did not want to move. Once warmed up it was ok I done 1mile wu, 1 @hm pace/rpe, 1 steady, 2@hm pace/rpe, 1 steady , 1 @hm pace/rpe short cd. Done more than I thought I’m not very good at maths it turns out 😆 Good to get to see paige, and get some treatment. Fingers crossed this week off running does the trick.

Well done Steve. So turns out it was good to ditch the 10 x 1 at HM pace given Paige’s advice. Let’s see what happens, but fingers crossed it makes a big difference.
