Super pleased with myself today as I’d thought it would be difficult to fit in the full session before setting of for London – but it’s done and dusted! I set out early in lovely cool, damp conditions; the change in temperature has brought back my running mojo. Just a little bit of the back of legs pain, nothing to worry about. I enjoyed my laps around Alexandra Park and smashed out my strides happily. All good!
