Plan 1 – Week 11

I feel this week went well! I struggled a bit on the first run, a mixture of running on the treadmill and panicking with my breathing. The second run went much better, only stopping for about 10 seconds overall on the 4th and 5th rep.

Strength and conditioning exercises going well, looking forward to increasing the time on them.

My knee hurt a bit after running on the treadmill. I think it was where I wasn’t used to it, feeling better now. It was niggling a bit beforehand so I think I just made it worse.

You’re doing so well and have already come so far. The increments in the next few weeks are nothing compared to what they have been to date, so you should find you are more than capable of doing it.
