Plan 6 – Week 3

Still a struggle compared to when i was at my best.Β  But i feel that i am gradually getting better again.Β  Β I am also really enjoying the running again which is something i am really pleased about.

This info really helps. In the past a missed session would have gone unnoticed and possible had an impact on overall fitness, but now we have that info, we can react and make a few tweaks. The idea being you still reach the end of the plan with the pts targets banked, just in a slightly different way. So it really does help letting me know if you do miss a run.
