Plan 1 – Week 4

It was great! The sessions this week were lighter than usual and that’s what I needed. (I usually squeeze some runs in if I have time but I didn’t ) and it worked so well. Today at parkrun I didn’t expect I could keep the pace but I did ( average pace was 4:32 quicker than I thought) My leg (groin) was fine and I could hold the pace and felt fresh in my legs. I’m very happy with it. Thank you so much Simon!

Actually it was fine this week m. I did lots of mobility and stretching and warm up before the runs

Yes these recovery weeks are always really important. So impressed with your parkrun time. 464 runners on Saturday, you had the 2nd best age grading score which for me is a better reflection of a runners ability than their actual time. So that should give you a massive confidence boost. Really pleased to hear about the groin as well this week, keep up the great work Manami.
