Plan 3 – Week 6

  • 25th August 2025

I had a very busy concentrated running week! Sunday long run, kings Head Canter, effort-ful Efforts, Bimble and strides, Saturday Park Run

I am constantly knackered Β but I think it’s a symptom of a busy life and training hard on top of sometimes struggling to sleep all through the night! However, I’m so proud that I manage to stick (relatively well) to plan and I do put lots of effort in. I’ve been constant since back from holiday!

No injury issues

COACH

Really well done Lou. To be honest I should have picked up on the Kings Head Canter and told you to rest Tuesday evening, but never mind, good to get both sessions done. I’m not surprised you are tired, it is a hectic lifestyle and perhaps trying to find an extra evening off might be wise. We should have Wednesday and Friday free this week? But well done on banking extra points last week, 114 to be precise which I would think is probably a record for you. So lots of positives to take and the fact your injury free too is great news.
