Plan 19 – Week 10

Did 75 mins on the Wednesday instead of 90 but then it was hilly so training pts will have been the same.

It’s tough, but it’s marathon training right. Bit disappointed about parkrun on Saturday and think I could have worked harder if I am honest but it was still a solid run during this part of the training block.
