Actually enjoyed this. Glad Rebecca was there. We didnt do the efforts together but was nice having someone else there to chat too. Felt strong kn most reps always struggle with the second half of the track though somehow that second bend always get me!! Happy with my pacing though!

I’m wary of your enjoyment for the shorter reps so where possible I will try and include them more often. Should be more of us there next Tuesday, but glad this went well and you hit some a really good pace. Running great right now, peak of your powers, so confidence should be high coming into the Autumn race season.
