152pts banked!! I think that’s probably your biggest ever week of training. In this plan you average 110 per week. So it does ask the question, could you do more πŸ€” Ultimately that will be your decision once the Ultra is out the way if you wanted to push a little harder. For comparison in my current marathon training block I will average 150 per week. Sorry I forget to delete the Monday session but glad you didn’t run (you didn’t run did you?).
