🙄 Just a fraction slow

I really felt those last few miles, was starting to feel seriously sick. Stomach was really hurting. I think I’ve just had a really busy week and doing my tempo run yesterday didn’t help. But I got the miles in so I’m pleased about that

Well done Kelly. Yeah good to be positive, even if it felt tough there at the end. You weren’t the only one struggling, I think most of us felt those hills. The stomach?? Can we try and find a solution for this? It just doesn’t seem right. Obviously it’s difficult for me to offer much advice, but just feel it’s gone on too long that it’s worth exploring what the cause is and what can be done differently to help you going forward. I know you mentioned taking lots of ibuprofen in the past which may be a cause? Or perhaps diet?
