Plan 2 – Week 17

Tuesday efforts were great. Made progress. Wednesday and Sunday were proper easy runs with the odd steep hill. Fitness is improving without pushing hard.
feeling much less tired but this may be because I’m not working. Let’s see how the winter goes.
