Additional time in the gym 30 mins and additional 24 mins on long run

oh also did the hour after my 30 min session on Wednesday

After the disappointment of kings head canter I was really focused on putting my all into this week and making up for it

Smashed it. Great to bounce back from a disappointing run and it looks like you achieved 105pts in the end. Bot the 95 I said, which is amazing. The best yet and why I have tweaked next weeks plan.
